Field Manager for HD 38/Waz for Oregon Location: Portland/Lake Oswego,, OR (in-district field work required) Type: Full-time, temporary, paid through the end of May for the primary election Application deadline: Intended start date /onboarding: middle to end of March Compensation: $3,500-4,000 Reports to: Campaign Manager The Field Director will lead the campaign’s direct voter contact program, including door knocking, phone banking, and texting. They will recruit, train, and develop a campaign-owned volunteer base, integrate support from endorsing organizations into voter contact efforts, and ensure that field data and reporting inform campaign strategy.
 This campaign values organizers who believe in building power beyond a single election. While we expect strong participation from aligned organizations, the Field Director is responsible for organizing beyond any one base and building a broad, durable volunteer program rooted in the district. Recognizing the diversity of the multiracial working class in our district, we strongly encourage applications from organizers with diverse backgrounds, particularly organizers from communities historically underrepresented in political campaigns.
